How can I set up an account?


Click here to register. Please ensure the following when completing the online form:

  1. Your full name as per your identification document which you have to upload for the KYC.

  2. Valid mobile phone number to receive the One-Time Pin (OTP) to complete the registration process

  3. Valid email address to receive unique codes to validate your transactions made via Nagaya Member’s Portal.

I want to change my mobile phone number. How could I do it?


For change of mobile phone number, please send your request to our email and we will inform you once it is updated.




I cannot log in to my account with my mobile phone number and password


Please proceed to the Sign In page and ensure that you have entered your mobile phone number with a ‘+’ and remove any spacing and ‘-‘ in between numbers.

The correct format should be <+601081888888>.

I have forgotten my password; how do I reset it?


If you need help resetting your password, we can assist by sending you a link to reset it.

  1. Proceed to the Sign In page, scroll down and click on “FORGOT PASSWORD”.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Click on “SEND RESET LINK”.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
  5. Click on the link provided in the email and enter a new password
  6. CONFIRM the new password.
  7. Click RESET PASSWORD to confirm the process.

How do I get my unique referral link?


You can find your referral link from your Nagaya account Dashboard.

  1. Sign In to your Nagaya account.
  2. Click the top left icon to find the “Referral List” tab.
  3. Find your unique referral link at the middle section of the page.

BUY NAGAYA

Is there a maximum limit to the amount of NGY that I can have in my account?


There is no maximum limit to the amount of NGY you can have in an account, but you cannot purchase more than 100,000 NGY under one account.




What is the minimum amount of NGY I can purchase?


The minimum amount of NGY one can purchase is 1.




I have not received the purchase code in my email inbox after waiting for a while. What is the issue?


Please allow a waiting time of up to 10 minutes for the email containing the purchase code to reach your email inbox.

Waiting time is dependent on the email service provider that you are using.




How do I purchase Nagaya?


In order to purchase your Nagaya, ensure that there is sufficient balance in your USD Wallet. Find out different ways to TOP UP your USD wallet here.

  1. Sign In to your Nagaya account.
  2. Click the top left icon to find the “NGY Purchase” tab.
  3. Type in the NGY amount that you would like to purchase.
  4. Click on “PREVIEW” to continue. (Coupon code is not mandatory.)
  5. Check your email inbox for automated email “NGY Purchase Code”.
  6. Copy and paste the code on the purchase summary page.
  7. Click on “PURCHASE NOW” to proceed with the transaction.
  8. A pop-up notification will appear once the transaction is successful.

How can I top up my USD Balance by Bank Transfer / International Wire Transfer*?


You can click/tap on “USD TOP-UP” followed by “BANK TRANSFER” to fill up the online form.

Please be informed that it may take up to 5 business days and subject to an admin fee of 2.5%.

* Bank remittance charges may apply and have to be borne by the requestor.




How can I top up my USD Balance by Bitcoin (BTC)*?


You can click/tap on “USD TOP-UP” followed by “BITCOIN-BTC” to fill up the online form.

Please be informed that it may take up to 48 hours (dependant on the conditions of networks and respective blockchain systems) and subject to a conversion fee of 2.5%.

How can I top up my USD Balance by Ethereum (ETH)*?

I would want to withdraw cash from my USD wallet. How should I go about it?


You can complete the withdrawal request by clicking on ‘USD Withdraw’ from the main menu. Please note that there is an admin fee of 0.5% applicable to each withdrawal request. Kindly be inform that other processing fees, imposed by banks and other third party cryptocurrency agent websites, may be incurred.




How can I top my USD Balance by USDT (TRC20)*?


You can click/tap on “USD TOP-UP” followed by “USDT (TRC20)” to fill up the online form.

Please be informed that it may take up to 48 hours (dependant on the conditions of networks and respective blockchain systems) and subject to a conversion fee of 2.5%.

VOUCHERS

What is the purpose of voucher?


You can transfer USD from your USD Balance seamlessly to other NGY holders via the voucher without any fees.




How do I create a voucher?


You can click/tap on “Create Voucher” from the main menu on the member’s portal. Next, obtain the verification code via email by clicking/tapping on the link “Click Here to Get The Verification Code”. After that, enter the verification code, value of voucher and receiver’s username, and click on “CREATE VOUCHER” to complete the process.




What is the validity of the voucher(s)?


There is no expiration to the validity of the vouchers.

However, the sender will have the rights to void the vouchers.




Can I void the voucher which I have created for someone?


Yes, only if the voucher is still not redeemed by the recipient.

To do so, you can go to ‘Voucher List’ from the main menu and search for the voucher with its voucher number or voucher code.

Then, click on the ‘cross’ button to proceed. After which, there will be a pop-up window indicating that the cancellation is successful.




How can I redeem the voucher that someone sends me?


To redeem the voucher, the sender has to provide you with the voucher number and voucher unique code. With these, click/tap on “Redeem Voucher” and the amount will be deposited in your USD Balance almost instantaneously.
